For this artwork, I decided to draw this picture because this is my first deer I shot in my perspective. I created this artwork with my pencil and acrylic paint for the black area of the scope. The hardest part of this artwork is was making the deer actually look like a deer.
The darker area on the right is supposed to be really think willow brush and the deer is standing on normal weeds. I drew a fence on the left which divides the lane into two. My goal for this artwork was to create an artwork that I can keep and look at when I'm older. Overall, I think this artwork turned out decent, the willow brush I wish would of turned out better as well as the deer.

This week I used Envision and Engage and Persist. I used envision by making my artwork look through a scope in first person. I used engage and persist when I drew my deer. I came across many problems like the neck and the head, it was to big and pointed. It was also difficult to position the deer in the right spot in the sights.
My plan changed. My new plan is to use different photos because the ones I had previously were deleted from the internet. I am almost done I just have to cut out my snowmobile and four-wheeler and glue them onto my drawing of the sand flat.
My goal for this artwork was to create a cool artwork with a snowmobile in the sand, because they are supposed to be in snow (which is like the opposite of sand). My overall thoughts on this artwork are that it turned out very well and I like the idea I came up with. This is my finished artwork and I really like how it ended up looking and how it kind of fits together. I am creating my artwork based on layering. My plan was to draw these sand dunes on a piece of paper and then print out the quad and snowmobile and glue them on. I was a ways into my sand drawing when I realised that there is a girl hidden in the dunes. I had to restart with a different background because I don't want a giant girl in my art.
My goal for the end of this artwork is to make it look realistic and cool. |
